Summary: The Oracle EBS Functional Lead will serve as a key advisor and subject matter expert in Oracle EBS and Oracle EPM Fusion, focusing on service delivery and supporting global finance transformation within a major end-user organization. This role involves leading stakeholder engagement, collaborating with internal tech teams, and delivering finance solutions. The position is a 13-week contract based in London, UK, with an immediate start date. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in global service delivery and strong leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Functional Lead and SME for Oracle EBS and EPM Fusion
- Lead stakeholder engagement within the global Finance function
- Collaborate with Managed Service Providers and internal tech teams
- Deliver key finance solutions including Procurement, AP, and Expense Reporting
- Drive best practices, innovation, and compliance within service delivery
Key Skills:
- 10+ years' experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle EPM Fusion
- Proven success in global service delivery within complex, matrixed environments
- Experience managing third-party Cloud Services and multi-model deployments
- Strong leadership with the ability to guide teams and drive talent development
- Gravitas to engage senior stakeholders while remaining collaborative with delivery teams
