Summary: NV is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Consultant to evaluate the implementation of iReceivables and Advanced Collections. The consultant will collaborate with business and IT teams to identify gaps and provide recommendations for process optimization. The role requires onsite presence in North West England for meetings, though not daily. This position is classified as inside IR35 for a 6-month contract that may be extended.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders and end-users to understand current usage of iReceivables and Advanced Collections.
- Review current setup, including DQM (Data Quality Management), customer profile classes, dunning strategies, scoring engines, collector setup, and iReceivables portal usage.
- Document existing business processes, system pain points, and functional challenges.
- Analyze functional configurations, workflows, aging buckets, and interaction history tracking.
- Review integration with Accounts Receivable, TCA (Trading Community Architecture), and other relevant modules.
- Assess end-user adoption, reporting adequacy, and current dunning and correspondence processes.
- Prepare assessment deliverables including gap analysis, recommendations for optimization or reimplementation, and roadmap for improvement.
Key Skills:
- Experience with Oracle EBS, specifically iReceivables and Advanced Collections.
- Strong analytical skills to assess configurations and workflows.
- Ability to document processes and identify gaps in current implementations.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with business and IT teams.

The consultant will work closely with business and IT teams to understand process flows, identify configuration or usage gaps, review customizations, and provide recommendations for process optimization, reimplementation, or enhancement. Onsite presence needed for meetings but not on a daily basis. Candidates should be comfortable being onsite in North West England. THIS ROLE IS INSIDE IR35 6 month contract (extendable)
