Summary: The Oracle Financials Consultant role involves working with a key client to enhance and support Oracle Financials processes, specifically focusing on Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and Intercompany modules within Oracle E-business Suite (EBS) 12.2.6. The consultant will lead functional design and configuration, support month-end and year-end activities, and collaborate with technical teams for customizations and reporting. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the functional design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle EBS 12.2.6 modules: Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and Intercompany.
- Provide support for month-end and year-end close activities.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to supplier invoices, payments, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
- Help to develop and support the execution of test scripts for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with technical teams to support customisations, interfaces, data migrations and reporting requirements.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years' hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Financials, specifically R12.2.6.
- Strong functional expertise in Accounts Payable (AP): invoice life cycle, payment processing.
- Cash Management: bank statement processing, reconciliation, cash forecasting.
- Intercompany: transaction processing, balancing, and reconciliation.
- Familiarity with Oracle AIM/OUM methodologies.
- Ability to produce high-quality functional design documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
