Summary: The Oracle EBS Consultant role involves working with Public Sector/Government clients to deliver automations and improvements in Finance within an Oracle EBS environment. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting to the Director while ensuring successful project delivery. The consultant will be part of a team of 10 and will need to travel to Belgium on an ad hoc basis. The role is for a duration of 5 months, starting in August 2025, and is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver automations and improvements in Finance in an Oracle EBS environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Provide solution functional and technical design and associated design documentation.
- Develop and implement custom solutions within Oracle EBS 12.2/12.2.5.
- Conduct solution testing and fixes, and provide hypercare support.
Key Skills:
- Eligible and willing to obtain UK Government Security Clearance.
- Strong technical documentation experience.
- Good communication skills with client business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in Oracle EBS Modules: Core HR, AP, AR & GL.
- Experience with SQL and PL/SQL programming.
- Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle Apex experience.
