Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support Oracle database environments to ensure high availability and performance
- Carry out proactive monitoring, maintenance, and capacity planning activities
- Manage tablespaces, storage allocation, and database growth requirements
- Investigate and resolve database performance and connectivity issues
- Review database performance metrics and recommend tuning improvements
- Support OLTP systems across production environments
- Work closely with wider infrastructure and application support teams
- Assist with operational improvements and ongoing DBA best practices
Key Skills:
- Commercial experience administering Oracle database environments
- Previous exposure to Oracle Exadata infrastructure in enterprise settings
- Strong understanding of database performance management and optimisation techniques
- Experience identifying issues through performance reporting and monitoring tools

TrinIT Talent are looking for an Oracle Operational DBA to join on a 6 month contract basis in Watford (2 days onsite per week) This role is paying up to £400 per day and falls Outside Scope of IR35.
