Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Oracle database environments
- Monitor database performance and optimize queries and resources
- Perform database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning
- Manage database security, users, roles, and permissions
- Perform patching, upgrades, and migrations
- Ensure high availability using RAC, Data Guard, or replication techniques
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolutions
- Automate routine DBA tasks using scripts (Shell/Python)
- Work closely with developers and infrastructure teams
Key Skills:
- Strong experience with Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c/21c)
- Expertise in SQL & PL/SQL
- Hands-on experience with RMAN (backup & recovery)
