Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Oracle database administration duties, including installation, configuration, backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
- Set up, configure, and manage Jenkins CI/CD pipelines to enhance continuous integration and delivery processes.
- Utilize Ansible to automate infrastructure and application deployment, improving operational efficiency.
- Design, implement, and manage vSphere environments, specifically tailored around Oracle database servers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptly to maintain optimal performance and uptime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, security, and scalability of Oracle database environments.
- Manage storage solutions, networking concepts, and virtualization technologies to enhance infrastructure reliability.
- Provide expert advice, support, and solutions to internal stakeholders on Oracle database-related projects.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience with Oracle database administration, including installation, configuration, backup and recovery, and performance tuning.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins, especially in the setup, configuration, and management of CI/CD pipelines.
- Expertise in automation using Ansible for infrastructure and application deployment.
- Demonstrated experience as a vSphere Engineer, with significant exposure to designing, implementing, and managing vSphere environments for Oracle database servers.
