Summary: This Oracle Consultant role is focused on the technical delivery, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Service Cloud environments. The consultant will be responsible for translating complex requirements into functional designs while ensuring system stability and data integrity. The position requires a hybrid working arrangement with 2-3 days onsite per week in Reading. The role is contract-based and aims to support an international program.
Key Responsibilities:
- The end-to-end configuration of Oracle Service Cloud, including Business Rules, Workspaces, Workflows, and Custom Attributes.
- Design and maintain integrations between Oracle Service Cloud and external HRIS/ERP systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Open Panel.
- Customize the Customer Portal using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to meet specific UI/UX requirements.
- Execute complex data migrations and ensure data integrity across multi-environment deployments.
- Provide direct technical advisory to stakeholders, focusing on immediate project milestones and system stability.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience with Oracle Service Cloud (formerly RightNow) configuration and administration.
- Proficiency in PHP, .NET, or Java for server-side customizations and add-in development.
- Ability to build advanced Analytics reports and dashboards for operational tracking.
- Familiarity with the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) ecosystem is highly advantageous.
