Summary: The role of Oracle Consultant involves working within a team to support Oracle Fusion, focusing on the P2P (Procure to Pay) module and related functionalities. The consultant will be responsible for configuration, incident management, and documentation while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. The position requires a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Solutions and the ability to provide technical and functional expertise. The role is primarily remote with occasional onsite requirements in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work within a team of Oracle ERP and EPM module technical leads to develop and maintain technical skills.
• Build and maintain a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Solutions, specifically in Finance (P2P) Self Service Procurement, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Scanning, and Expenses modules.
• Collaborate with the Technical Delivery Manager and team specialists to ensure successful configuration outcomes.
• Manage and resolve incidents, working with Oracle and third parties as necessary.
• Document technical and non-technical requirements and update configuration workbooks and standard operating procedures.
• Support the Oracle quarterly change and release management process.
• Represent the Oracle Fusion technical team on various forums and boards.

Key Skills:

• Minimum 5 years residency in the UK.
• Functional knowledge in Oracle Cloud Solutions, particularly in P2P Self Service Procurement, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Scanning, and Expenses.
• Experience in configuring Self Service Procurement, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Expenses.
• Experience integrating and configuring Oracle Scanning solutions, including Web Center Imaging and Scanning.
• Process knowledge of SSP, Proc, AP, and Expenses.
• Configuration experience with OOTB reporting tools such as OTBI and FRC.
