Summary: The Oracle HCM Consultant role is a contract position focused on leading the UK Payroll workstream within a large transformation programme. The consultant will be responsible for payroll design, compliance with UK legislation, and ensuring smooth payroll operations through various project phases. This position requires collaboration with customer teams and technical specialists to resolve issues and validate solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the UK Payroll configuration, testing, and deployment workstream.
- Work directly with the customer to clarify requirements, manage queries, and ensure compliance.
- Investigate payroll issues, perform configuration updates, and validate solutions.
- Support go-live readiness, cutover activities, and post-deployment stabilisation.
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll, including UK legislation.
- Delivery of 3–4 full end-to-end UK Payroll implementations.
- Ability to work with client teams, manage expectations, and provide clear guidance.
