Summary: The role of Oracle Cloud SCM Support involves performing data cleanup and quality assurance within Oracle Cloud SCM and Planning modules. The position requires collaboration with business users and system analysts to document processes and define data ownership. Candidates should have extensive experience in Oracle Cloud SCM and a strong understanding of data governance principles. The role is contract-based and requires non-SC clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth data cleanup across Oracle Cloud SCM and Planning modules, including items, suppliers, inventory, planning parameters, and related master data.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with business users and system analysts.
  • Document end-to-end processes related to supply chain planning, procurement, inventory management, and master data maintenance.
  • Define and assign roles and responsibilities for data ownership and stewardship within SCM and Planning functions.
  • Support development of governance frameworks and data management playbooks.
  • Assist with training and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Key Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud SCM and Planning modules (e.g., Inventory, Product Hub, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Procurement).
  • Strong understanding of master data management and data governance principles.
  • Proven ability to map and document business processes clearly and effectively.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with supply chain, planning, and IT teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Role: Wotton Support (Oracle cloud SCM) Work Location – Wotton, UK Experience – 7+ Years Perm or contract – Contract Need SC clearance or Non SC (Security clearance) - non SC clearance
