Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports to support business requirements across Finance, HCM, and other Oracle Cloud modules.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver accurate outputs.
  • Provide guidance on reporting best practices, data models, and security within Oracle Cloud.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues quickly to ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to testing, validation, and documentation of delivered reports.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience working with Oracle Cloud (Fusion Applications) reporting tools, especially OTBI and BI Publisher.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud data structures across Finance and/or HCM modules.
  • Ability to gather requirements and produce effective technical documentation.
  • Hands-on experience in designing dashboards, KPIs, and analytics.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Data Visualisation (DV) or OAC is desirable.
  • Experience in report migration and security set-up within OTBI.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Reporting Specialist with strong expertise in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) to join on an immediate contract basis. The role will support our organisation in designing, building, and optimising reports and dashboards across our Oracle Cloud (Fusion) modules. This is a hybrid role , with a requirement to spend some time onsite in South East London .
