Summary: Next Ventures is seeking an Oracle Program Director to lead and coordinate an ongoing Oracle program for a client in Paris. The role requires integration into an existing program rather than starting a new project, with a focus on managing French-speaking stakeholders and delivery teams. The position demands strong leadership and coordination skills within a structured governance framework. The successful candidate will oversee the program's roadmap and ensure alignment across various teams and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners (integrators, vendors, stakeholders)
- Ensure alignment between business, IT, deployment, and run activities
- Maintain effective program governance and reporting
- Define, structure, and drive the Oracle roadmap
- Prepare and manage the next Oracle core model
- Plan and oversee upcoming deployments (France, Spain, Switzerland, and other countries)
- Manage the development and deployment of additional Oracle modules (PPM, CKM, Purchasing Portal)
- Ensure consistency with the core model and overall program objectives
- Oversee and manage interactions with related initiatives such as E-invoicing and Collections
- Ensure dependencies, timelines, and risks are properly managed across programs
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as an Oracle Program Director / Senior Program Manager on large-scale Oracle environments
- Strong experience working within ongoing, structured programs alongside existing leadership roles
- Solid understanding of Oracle ERP ecosystems and multi-module deployments
- Demonstrated experience managing international deployments
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating in a French-speaking environment (French required; English professional level)

Next Ventures is currently seeking an Oracle Program Director to lead, structure, and coordinate an ongoing Oracle program for our client in Paris. The role will operate within an established governance framework, alongside an existing Deployment Director and Run Director. The successful candidate must therefore be comfortable integrating into an active program rather than initiating a greenfield project. Although the Oracle solution is deployed internationally, the majority of stakeholders and delivery teams are French-speaking.

Responsibilities:
