Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with client stakeholders to capture detailed business requirements related to grants management and project financials
- Plan, schedule, and lead workshops, walkthroughs, and discovery sessions to gather business processes, pain points, and future state needs
- Document functional and technical requirements for Oracle PPM and Grants modules, ensuring traceability to business objectives
- Produce and review requirements documentation, business process flows, and workshop outputs
- Design Oracle Cloud PPM and Grants Management solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices
- Map client requirements to Oracle standard functionality and identify areas needing configuration or enhancement
- Prepare solution design documents, including process maps, configuration workbooks, and design specifications
- Review and validate the design with business and technical teams
- Configure Oracle Cloud Project Financials, Grants Management, and related PPM modules
- Manage data mapping, migration, and setup activities for master data
- Perform unit and integration testing, support UAT, and resolve issues identified during test cycles
- Work closely with technical consultants to support interface, reporting, and customisation needs as required
