Summary: We're seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud PPM Consultant to contribute to a significant transformation programme by delivering comprehensive Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management solutions. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and support of PPM modules. Key responsibilities include leading implementations, configuring modules, and providing user training. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Projects and strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support Oracle Cloud PPM implementations (Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, Grants)
  • Configure PPM modules and support testing (SIT, UAT, cutover)
  • Collaborate with Finance and IT to ensure solution alignment
  • Deliver user training and support post-go-live
  • Work with technical teams on integrations and reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher)

Key Skills:

  • 10+ years' experience in Oracle Projects (EBS and/or Cloud)
  • Hands-on Oracle Cloud PPM experience - minimum 2 full life cycle implementations
  • Strong functional knowledge of Project Costing, Billing, and Contracts
  • Grants experience highly desirable (especially in public sector/higher education)
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
