Summary: The Oracle Cloud Payroll & HCM Consultant role involves delivering Payroll and HR functional support while configuring and providing transformation solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud. This position requires primarily remote work with occasional in-person meetings in the West Midlands, and it is offered as a 6-month contract. The consultant will also contribute to business growth and support wider Cloud transformation engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion payroll and HR query resolution.
- Configure solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion for payroll and HR.
- Support Oracle SRs and guide them to resolution.
- Document application set-ups and configure Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements.
- Design Payroll fast formula, element design, payroll process flows, and calculation cards.
- Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions.
- Assist clients in preparing validation scripts and developing test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.
- Support clients with the execution of test scripts and validate configuration and data.
- Communicate effectively and drive project deliverables.
- Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client regularly.
- Support business during Payroll runs.
- Share knowledge to improve implementation methodology for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.
Key Skills:
- Implementation experience of Oracle HCM Cloud including Core HR, Global Payroll, and UK Payroll.
- Strong configuration skills in fast formula, element design, payroll process flows, and calculation cards.
- Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion Payroll module and integration with other Oracle HCM modules.
- Detailed knowledge of UK payroll legislation and payroll processing.
