  • Experienced in use of Oracle HCM Data Loader
  • Skills in data transformation techniques and tools including using transformation databases and code
  • Experience of Oracle databases and SQL / PL/SQL
  • Client facing consultant with experience of running client workshops and gathering data migration requirements and mapping rules
  • Ability to resolve data loading issues, being able to follow the error trail, use Oracle system capabilities to isolate and resolve issues
