Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and implementing Oracle Cloud P2P solutions.
  • Configuring Oracle Cloud Instance for Client Proof of Concept.
  • Demonstrating Oracle Cloud Functionality.
  • Overseeing requirements definition, design, and gap analysis.
  • Leading application configuration and functional support of technical activities.
  • Conducting solution validation workshops and overseeing testing support.
  • Delivering training and post-go-live support.
  • Managing change requests through the development and testing lifecycle.
  • Liaising with Oracle for effective management of client service requests.
  • Ensuring on-time project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Advising clients on options, risks, and impacts on processes or systems.
  • Providing regular status and issue reports to project managers/clients.

Key Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud (SaaS) Procurement, Supplier Portal, Inventory, and related modules.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Reporting and Oracle OUM/AIM methodology.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple projects.
  • Organizational and self-motivation skills.
  • Experience in risk and change management on projects.
  • Proficiency in managing client expectations and project deliverables.
