• Leading application configuration and functional support of technical activities.
• Conducting solution validation workshops and overseeing testing support.
• Delivering training and post-go-live support.
• Managing change requests and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
• Providing status and issue reports to project managers and clients.
• Advising clients on options, risks, and impacts on processes or systems.
