Summary: The Oracle Cloud Integration Lead will oversee integration workstreams for an Oracle Cloud ERP transformation, focusing on HCM, Payroll, and ERP modules. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of Oracle Cloud integration projects
- Manage onshore and offshore workstreams across interface and reporting developments
- Collaborate with other area leads to ensure integration aligns with programme goals
- Own the requirement gathering and solution design for integrations and reporting
- Build trust and strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Key Skills:
- Delivered at least one Oracle Cloud implementation (HCM/Payroll preferred)
- Strong experience across full project lifecycles
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM and Payroll modules
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
- Confident in requirement gathering and translating into technical solutions
