Travelling : There is an expectation of travelling to the client's office as needed. Expenses will be reimbursed for travel to offices other than the base location.

Position Overview The Client is seeking an Oracle Cloud HR Helpdesk Consultant for its Shared Services Program. The consultant will play a critical role in supporting the live HR, ERP, and EPM modules, which launched in October 2024 and serve over 20,000 users.

Mandatory Requirements Minimum of 5 years UK residency; resources must be located in UK. Experience delivering HR Helpdesk solutions, including working with agents, capturing requirements, building and configuring the solution, testing, and deploying.

Key Responsibilities Provide support for the live Shared Services Program systems. Implement enhancements to the current system. Manage monthly and quarterly Oracle upgrades. Expand the system's footprint to additional client Government bodies.

Work Location and Logistics The project is based in Scotland, primarily Glasgow and Edinburgh. Most work will be completed remotely; however, travel to the client office is expected.
