Summary: The role of Lead Consultant – Oracle Cloud HCM Technical involves providing hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud for UK Public Sector clients. The consultant will be responsible for security role design and enhancing user experience through Redwood tools. Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Technical modules for UK Public Sector clients.
- Apply knowledge across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, CRPs/Playback sessions, training content preparation, and post-implementation support.
- Design and build security roles – Job roles, Data roles, and Security profiles.
- Proficient in Redwood enablement and tools to enhance user experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate technical, functional, and security risks.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Ability to work in a global delivery environment.

- UK Public Sector experience is mandatory.
