Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Solutions Architect specializing in Talent Management and Learning to join our client’s team. This role will be instrumental in delivering end-to-end solutions that effectively address clients' unique business requirements within the Oracle Cloud HCM platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in Oracle Talent Management and Learning modules, coupled with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of successful implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of Oracle HCM Talent Management and Learning implementations, from requirements gathering and functional design to testing, deployment, training, and release management.
- Conduct thorough requirements analysis sessions with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
- Design, configure, and test Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Learning modules to meet client specifications.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Collaborate closely with other functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues and risks.
- Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for all phases of the implementation.
- Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM best practices and new features.
- Travel to client sites as needed (25% to 75% depending on the customer).
Key Skills:
- 6-10 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant, with a focus on Talent Management and Learning.
- Proven experience leading teams and projects.
- At least one full life cycle implementation experience on Oracle Talent Management & Learning modules.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, configuring, testing, deploying, training, and managing releases of Oracle Cloud applications.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to document solutions clearly and concisely.
- Ability to effectively work with end-users remotely.
- Positive, dynamic, and flexible attitude.
