Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Solutions Architect specializing in Compensation to lead and deliver successful Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. The role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation and related modules, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading full lifecycle implementations in global environments and a passion for solving complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients in understanding their complex business challenges and translate those needs into effective Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
• Design and validate end-to-end solutions within Oracle Cloud HCM, focusing on Compensation and integrating with other modules as needed.
• Oversee all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management.
• Lead and mentor techno-functional teams, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute to Capgemini’s Oracle HCM Cloud communities by sharing knowledge, best practices, and innovative solutions.
• Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders to build strong relationships.
• Contribute to project planning, execution, and tracking using project management tools and methodologies.

Key Skills:

• 6-9 years of experience leading multiple full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Compensation modules.
• Experience designing solutions that incorporate Oracle PaaS components.
• Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM in global environments is highly preferred.
