Summary: The Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect will lead the solution architecture for HCM implementation projects, requiring extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud. The role involves managing the overall architecture, designing scalable solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HCM modules and proven experience in multiple implementations. This position is based in the West Midlands and involves a significant travel component.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the overall HCM solution architecture across the project lifecycle.
- Design and deliver scalable business process solutions in alignment with customer requirements.
- Provide deep expertise in key HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, UK Payroll, and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
- Collaborate closely with internal project teams to ensure alignment across functional and technical workstreams.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide guidance, and ensure solution alignment with business goals.
- Actively participate in key project phases including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production Cutover.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect on at least three Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of HCM business processes and Oracle Cloud HCM functionalities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Description: Next Ventures are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Solution Architect to lead the overall solution architecture for the HCM track of our client's implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have served as a Solution Architect on a minimum of three end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
