Summary: As an Oracle Cloud Payroll & HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting Payroll and HR functional needs, delivering configuration solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud, and contributing to business growth within TCS Retail Cloud transformation programs. Your role will involve managing queries, configuring payroll elements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery. You will also assist with testing and validation processes to enhance overall service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver support and configuration for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Payroll and HR modules.
- Resolve queries and manage Oracle SRs to ensure timely resolution.
- Configure Payroll elements, fast formulas, process flows, and calculation cards.
- Document setups and write business requirements for reports, interfaces, and extensions.
- Assist with testing, validation, and go-live activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide regular status updates.
- Support payroll runs and share best practices to enhance delivery methodology.
Key Skills:
- Proven Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience-Core HR, Global Payroll, and UK Payroll.
- Strong hands-on configuration with fast formulas, payroll elements, and process flows.
- Deep understanding of Payroll integration with HR modules such as Recruitment (Taleo), Compensation, Benefits, and Absence Management.
- In-depth knowledge of UK payroll legislation, manual calculations, year-end processes, and compliance (eg, RTI, BACS, pensions, HMRC submissions).
