Summary: The role of HCM Core (Package Specialist – Oracle Cloud HCM) involves joining a new team to provide support for Oracle Cloud HCM within a government sector project. The position is primarily remote, with occasional onsite requirements in Scotland. The contract is initially for six months, with a strong possibility of extension, and is classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a team of Oracle HCM module technical leads.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Collaborate with the Technical Delivery Manager and team specialists for successful configuration outcomes.
• Work with business leads to understand user stories and lead design, configuration, and testing for enhancements.
• Implement processes for resolving technical issues and liaise with Oracle and third parties as needed.
• Document technical and non-technical requirements and update relevant documentation.
• Support the Oracle quarterly change and release management process.
• Represent the Oracle Fusion technical team in various forums and boards.
• Configuration of Core HR, Benefits, and Self Service HR modules.
• Prepare functional specifications for integration and reports.
• Provide Level 2 and 3 support.

Key Skills:

• Oracle Cloud Core HCM experience and expertise.
• Functional and process knowledge in Oracle Cloud Solutions – Core HR including Benefits and Self Service HR.
• Experience in configuration of Core HR, Benefits, and Self Service HR modules.
• Knowledge of HCM Design studio, Alerts composer, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to document technical and non-technical requirements.
• Experience in Level 2 and 3 support.
