  • Support and lead full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations

  • Provide post-go-live support and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Manage small to mid-sized workstreams and coach junior colleagues
  • Produce clear documentation and assist with presales and proposals

Key Skills:

  • Minimum two end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
  • Strong functional capability in one or more modules: Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Payroll or Payroll Interface, NextGen Helpdesk, Visual Builder Studio
  • Useful additional experience: Oracle ME, Oracle Policy Automation, Time and Labour, Strategic Workforce Planning, HCM Analytics, Oracle AI Agents, data migration or integrations
  • Evidence of workshop delivery, process design, configuration, testing support, training, and post-go-live activity
  • Comfortable working independently and in collaborative teams with clear communication and structured delivery
  • Experience guiding junior consultants and managing defined workstreams
  • Oracle certifications and UK Security Clearance are desirable

Our client is a global professional services firm delivering large-scale technology and business transformation across multiple industries. They’re expanding their Oracle HCM capability and are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM functional consultant to join as a Manager.

About the role
This is a delivery-focused consulting role where you’ll lead and contribute to Oracle Cloud HCM programmes. You’ll work within their Workforce Transformation team, handling requirements, solution design, configuration, workshops, testing support, and post-go-live activity. You’ll review work for accuracy, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and guide junior team members while keeping project leads informed.
