Summary: The Oracle Cloud Finance & PPM Product Owner will serve as a key liaison between a multinational organization's implementation partner and internal users during a significant digital transformation. This role requires expertise in Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud Finance and PPM, with a focus on optimizing processes and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Dutch and willing to work on-site in a hybrid capacity. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills are essential for guiding the organization through the implementation of the new ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure alignment between Finance, PPM and other domains within the project.
- Lead business process mapping for Finance and PPM (Projects).
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and ERP system validation with stakeholders.
- Guide teams through system and integration detailed design, UAT, training, and adoption strategies.
- Guide the organization in establishing (SOX) compliance.
- Support with data migration, master data management and integration needs.
- Support post-go-live process optimization for efficiency gains.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in ERP implementations, having completed at least 2 full-cycle greenfield implementations related to Oracle Finance and PPM.
- Minimum of 10 years’ hands-on experience with Oracle Finance and PPM modules, where at least 5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Proven in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules: Project Foundation, Project Billing, Project Costing, General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management.
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Projects business processes, in particular e-invoicing, banking gateway, (SOX) compliancy, revenue streams and billing, US GAAP principals, Dutch and Belgium statutory regulations and project management, budgeting and forecasting fundamentals.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a Project Management / lead role.
- Proven ability to bridge IT and business operations.
- Experience working in the Service & Installation sector.
- Strong communicative skills in Dutch and English.
- Background in Finance and / or a finance degree is a big plus.

On behalf of a multinational organization undergoing a large and complex digital transformation, we are looking for an Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud Finance and PPM Product Owner (PO), to act as a liaison between the implementation partner's team of consultants and internal (key) users. As a must for this role, we are looking for someone who is willing and able to work on-site (hybrid) and can speak Dutch.
Your Impact:
As a PO in the ERP domain, you will drive the standardization and optimization of the Finance and PPM processes. You will be responsible for guiding the business through the implementation of the new Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP system.
