Summary: The Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Lead will be responsible for leading the Oracle Cloud Finance solution, ensuring it aligns with best practices and program objectives. This role involves managing the Finance workstream plan and engaging with stakeholders to facilitate timely decisions. The position is part of a transformation project aimed at replacing legacy systems with Oracle Fusion Cloud, focusing on financial efficiency and process improvement. The role requires a hybrid working arrangement with travel flexibility of 2-3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and shape the Oracle Cloud Finance solution, ensuring alignment with best-practice standards and programme objectives.
• Challenge and assure SI partner designs to meet programme goals and quality standards.
• Develop and manage the Finance workstream plan aligned with the overall programme.
• Engage SMEs and stakeholders to ensure input, understanding, and timely decisions.
• Provide expert support on design, Chart of Accounts, integrations, and cross-functional areas.
