Summary: The Oracle Cloud Finance Business Analyst will play a crucial role in a finance transformation program, focusing on the transfer of operational accounting activities from headquarters to BPO teams in Mauritius. This position requires active participation in various project phases, including training and supporting BPO teams in finance processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in all phases of the ‘HQ Transfer to BPO’ project.
- Shadowing/monitoring HQ accounting activities.
- Training BPO teams.
- Testing/training BPO teams.
- Develop skills in P2P and/or O2C and/or R2R accounting activities for HQ entities.
- Contribute to the creation/updating of training and knowledge transfer materials.
- Prepare and co-facilitate training sessions for BPO teams.
- Help identify and resolve issues encountered throughout the project.
- Monitor and provide support for real-world testing/training of trained BPO teams.
Key Skills:
- Master's degree in Finance-Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 10 years' experience in Finance ERP transformation projects.
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Functional ERP Advisor in Finance Transformation projects.
- Expertise in leading ERP process training.

Context
Finance transformation programme involving ERP replacement and outsourcing of selected accounting and management activities to a BPO for subsidiaries in France and Europe. Scope includes R2R (Record to Report), P2P (Procure to Pay), and O2C (Order to Cash).
Position
As part of the Finance Transformation team, the Oracle Business Expert Trainer (P2P, O2C, and/or R2R) will support the “HQ Transfer to BPO” project. The role focuses on transferring operational accounting activities from HQ to BPO teams in Mauritius, working closely with Business Referents, Global Process Owners, and BPO teams.
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in all phases of the ‘HQ Transfer to BPO’ project, including:
- Shadowing/monitoring HQ accounting activities
- Training BPO teams
- Testing/training BPO teams
- Develop skills in P2P and/or O2C and/or R2R accounting activities for HQ entities
- Contribute to the creation/updating of training and knowledge transfer materials: training materials and target operating procedures covering activities transferred to BPO as well as activities retained within LHG HQ teams
- Prepare and co-facilitate (alongside Business Referents and Change Management Referents) training sessions for BPO teams,
- Help identify and resolve issues encountered throughout this project,
- Monitor and provide support for real-world testing/training of trained BPO teams,
Profile
- With a Master's degree in Finance-Accounting or equivalent, you have at least 10 years' experience in Finance ERP transformation projects.
- You have already played a major role as a Business Analyst, Functional ERP Advisor in one or more Finance Transformation projects, including the implementation of an ERP system within a large group.
- You have a good level of expertise in leading ERP process training.
- A good command (Key User level) of Oracle Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite ERP is essential.
