Summary: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP/Procurement Support Consultant for a 3-month onsite contract in South East England. The role involves providing functional support for Oracle Cloud ERP modules, particularly in Procurement, ensuring operational continuity and effective issue resolution. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders and assist in user training while managing support queues and documentation. This position requires a strong background in Oracle Cloud ERP systems and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for Oracle Cloud Procurement and ERP modules (e.g., Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Payables, General Ledger).
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported issues and service requests.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
- Monitor and manage support queues and maintain documentation of fixes and changes.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes as needed.
- Work closely with Oracle Support (SRs) to resolve more complex issues.
- Assist in user training, knowledge transfer, and documentation creation.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in supporting Oracle Cloud ERP, with a strong focus on Financials and/or Procurement modules.
- Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials (especially Payables and General Ledger).
- Minimum 3 years of functional experience with Oracle Cloud ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business users.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Desirable: Previous experience working in an onsite consultant capacity.
- Oracle Cloud Certification(s) in Procurement or Financials.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
