Summary: NV is seeking an Oracle Cloud CX solution architect for a 6-month contract role, with the possibility of extension. The position requires approximately 2 days per week onsite in Reading, focusing on the architecture and design of Oracle Sales Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with CRM and CPQ configurations and a strong understanding of industry best practices. Responsibilities include leading solution design, providing technical leadership, and overseeing integration and deployment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of Oracle Sales Cloud (CRM and CPQ).
- Propose scalable solution design options for future releases and enhancements.
- Implement Oracle CX/Sales Cloud and configure CRM/CPQ multiple times.
- Develop scalable architectures that meet business requirements and IT standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with enterprise goals.
- Write and validate high-level and low-level solution designs.
- Support peer reviews of HLD & LLD documentation.
- Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance during the solution development lifecycle.
- Mentor technical teams on best practices and optimal design approaches.
- Architect integrations with other Oracle Cloud applications and third-party systems.
- Oversee deployment strategies for successful E2E implementation and client satisfaction.

Oracle Sales Cloud CX solution architect
Solution Architecture, Design and Documentation:
- Lead the architecture and the to-be design of Oracle Sales Cloud (CRM and CPQ), propose scalable solution design options to fit the future releases and enhancements
- Have implemented Oracle CX / Sales cloud multiple times and is well versed with CRM / CPQ configurations.
- Strong understanding of industry best practices, data models and CX lifecycle
- Develop scalable and sustainable architectures that meet business requirements and IT standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with enterprise goals.
- Write & where relevant validate high level solution design and the low-level solution design
- Support peer to peer review of the HLD & LLD documentation
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance during the solution development lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide technical teams on best practices and optimal design approaches.
Integration and Deployment:
- Architect seamless integrations with other Oracle Cloud applications and third-party systems.
