Summary: Oracle Cloud Cutover Manager is needed for a new Oracle Cloud implementation programme, requiring extensive experience in managing cutover processes. The role involves leading the planning and execution of data migration across various business functions. The candidate must effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage offshore technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution for Cutover from legacy to Oracle Cloud.
• Liaise with the business, environment team, DBA’s, technical and functional leads.
• Manage the execution of migration and reconciliation through development test cycles, controlled test phases through to cut over.
• Track the project plan to cover the life cycle from data extraction through to delivery and reconciliation sign off.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project scope and deliverables.

Key Skills:

• Experience managing Cutover on an Oracle Cloud programme.
• Data Migration experience covering Finance, HCM, Procurement, Payroll, Supply Chain.
