Description: Looking for an Oracle Cloud Core HR Compensation Lead to join our client that is going through an Oracle Cloud transformation.
Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years
Key Skills Required:
Previous experience of at least 5 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects
Experience leading a project team in at least 3 client-facing, functional delivery roles
Current Core HR and Workforce Compensation and Benefits expertise
Areas of Responsibility:
Serve as the Functional Expert and Trusted Advisor in the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits) implementation projects.
Lead design and discovery workshops to define business requirements. Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality, client requirements and recommend solutions.
Gather and interpret business requirements to appropriate configurations of the Core HR, Workforce Compensation, Benefits modules. Lead the testing events associated with the project delivery cycle.
Ability to travel during the most critical phases of the project, if requested
