Summary: The Oracle Business Analyst - Flexcube role involves overseeing all phases of FLEXCUBE implementation activities within the banking industry. The position requires collaboration with an internationally distributed agile team to analyze, design, test, and support end-to-end solutions. The analyst will act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, transforming business requirements into actionable user stories. This role demands a deep understanding of FLEXCUBE functionalities and the ability to improve business processes.

• Analysing, designing, testing, and supporting complete end-to-end solutions
• Work collaboratively as part of an internationally distributed business Embedded agile team
• Excel when working closely with users and colleagues to create optimal business solutions
• Provide user support and co-ordinate across other IT teams
• Gain an understanding of the business needs from stakeholders, act as their voice within the wider team and transform requirements into epics and user stories to achieve business goals
• Structure requirements, write user stories/specifications and work with development team for software delivery within an Agile framework
• Identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes
• Be part of the wider team's production support rotation, assisting with root cause analysis and identifying issues that need to be refined for development.

Key Skills:

• Previous experience of working in the banking industry
• Previous experience of working on FLEXCUBE implementation projects, Flexcube V14
• Should have worked on payments/modules used in CLAS: Cross Border Payments, Book Transfer Payments, Manual Payments, Interest Rates Calculation, Standing Orders, JETs, Bulk Payment uploads, SWIFT standards (Incoming & Outgoing) & Customer Accounts Creation
• Have a deep understanding of FLEXCUBE project implementation activities (Requirement Gathering PWT/User Training/Parameter & Product Configuration/Testing/Migration)
• Experience of the new ISO20022 standards
• Capable of interacting with senior and junior business stakeholders from various banks
• Knowledge of FLEXCUBE Loans & Oracle Banking Payments is a must
• Educated to a degree level, preferable within finance, banking or IT
