Summary: The Senior Data Analyst role involves analyzing client demand and respondent behavior to identify opportunities for revenue and margin improvements. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client demand and respondent behavior to identify revenue, margin, and completion-rate gains.
- Build regression, clustering, and causal models for pricing, yield, and segmentation.
- Produce dashboards and BAU reports tracking incentive spend, survey health, and profit drivers.
- Design and interpret A/B tests on incentives and matching logic; recommend refinements.
- Translate insights into pricing rules, contract adjustments, and product changes in collaboration with Commercial, Product, and Engineering teams.
Key Skills:
- 3-5 years of analytics experience in trading, marketplace, media, or e-commerce settings.
- Strong SQL and Python skills for big-data wrangling and modeling.
- Solid understanding of statistics, pricing, or yield optimization.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, translating numbers into actionable insights.
- Curiosity and willingness to reverse-engineer legacy logic and propose smarter approaches.
