Summary: This role involves supporting the day-to-day operations and delivery for a prestigious global client within a digital/integrated agency. The Operations & Systems Manager will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage content, and ensure efficient project delivery while maintaining high standards of governance. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the efficient running of a global marketing account for a prestigious client.
- Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and support global markets.
- Manage platform content and ensure programmes are delivered efficiently.
- Handle all operations admin, organizing marketing assets and ensuring compliance with governance standards.
- Assess the quality of work before assets are published.
- Support programme delivery and coordinate projects to agreed timeframes.
- Build positive working relationships with client and agency teams.
- Deliver training sessions and onboarding support for new users.
- Maintain accurate governance records and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
Key Skills:
- Experience in a creative/digital/integrated agency, ideally with a global presence.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience working with automotive clients is helpful.
- Hands-on problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Digital Asset Management (DAM) and workflow platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Systems savvy and comfortable working with AI.
