We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support day-to-day vehicle and site operations. In this role, you will set schedules, prioritize vehicle workflows, request resources, and coordinate with on-site managers to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You’ll manage lot safety and usability, oversee charging station capacity and maintenance based on customer demand, and ensure there is a clear plan of action to meet scheduling needs.

You will be responsible for performing final quality checks, creating service orders, and providing feedback to service and support teams. This role also includes supporting vehicle wash, detailing, and paint correction activities to meet product quality standards. You'll prepare and manage delivery paperwork for open states, validate and scan completed dealer jackets, securely file physical documents, and ship them to the central title office via FedEx at the end of each day.
