Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and lead a team of Support Managers and Support Workers.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality support services to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
  • Act as the CQC registered manager for regulated activities.
  • Conduct meaningful audits and quality checks to drive improvements and compliance.
  • Foster a culture of equality, diversity, and inclusion within the team.
  • Develop relationships with external stakeholders, including commissioners and regulators.
  • Protect individuals' rights to live safely, free from abuse and neglect.

Key Skills:

  • Operational experience in Health and Social Care.
  • Level 5 or equivalent professional/management qualification.
  • Experience in budget management.
  • Experience as a CQC registered manager or involvement in regulatory inspections.
  • Proficiency in ICT systems, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
