Key Responsibilities:
- Support and lead a team of Support Managers and Support Workers.

- Foster a culture of equality, diversity, and inclusion within the team.
- Develop relationships with external stakeholders, including commissioners and regulators.

Key Skills:
- Operational experience in Health and Social Care.
- Level 5 or equivalent professional/management qualification.
- Experience in budget management.
