Engagement expectations
Vetting: Due to the regulated nature of our work, and our significant Defence portfolio, we require a minimum of, active Standard Check (SC) vetting to be in place.
Working pattern: Projects typically require 2–3 days per week on-site commitment at client locations (Southwest clusters such as Bristol, Corsham, Portsmouth, Andover, Yeovil), with hybrid flexibility where permitted.
Fees: Rates are agreed per engagement and aligned to role seniority and scope.

Who you are
·An Operations Manager with a strong background in leading, coordinating and assuring delivery across complex programmes or portfolios, ideally within defence, infrastructure or regulated public sector environments.
·Skilled in operational delivery, performance management and resource coordination, ensuring programmes remain aligned to delivery objectives, milestones and governance requirements.
·Able to provide confident leadership and guidance across operational planning, governance, risk and issue management, ensuring delivery is controlled, assured and continuously improving.
·Comfortable operating in regulated, secure environments, engaging with senior stakeholders and working within established governance and assurance frameworks.
·Comfortable working in ambiguous and evolving environments, adapting to changing priorities while maintaining delivery focus and operational discipline.
