Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of the lifting division, including supervising core engineers, office staff, and operations.
- Monitor and manage the division manager's emails and ensure all communications are handled promptly.
- Understand and streamline division processes to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with lifting engineers who perform loading expansions and other field operations.
- Oversee the buying and selling of lifting equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in lifting operations, ideally within a similar industry.
- Familiarity with LOLER regulations and their application in a practical environment.
- Experience in managing a team and overseeing operational processes.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Health and Safety awareness; NEBOSH certification is advantageous but not essential.
