• Support decision-making with data-driven insights, performance measurement, and impact analysis.
• Design, build, and manage project workflows using tools such as Airtable.
• Write scripts to automate tasks and reporting, increasing scale and reducing manual work.
• Turn data into clarity with custom visualisations that power content and metadata operations.
• Work with engineering, production, and vendors to define KPIs, track progress, and improve systems.
• Deliver thoughtful, clear recommendations that influence innovation.

Key Skills:

• Proven skills in data analytics & visualisation (Tableau expertise).
• Experience with project management tools - preferably Airtable.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and workflow design.
• Knowledge of scripting languages would be advantageous (Python, JavaScript or similar).
• Comfortable presenting to both technical & non-technical teams.
