Summary: The Operations Coordinator role is a maternity cover position based in Brighton, requiring a proactive individual to coordinate team activities and ensure efficient operations within a courier service environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone lines promptly and professionally
- Arrange relevant collections, transit routes, and deliveries
- Input event tracking for all bookings and in-transit consignments
- Liaise with Operations departments and Imports to ensure compliance with SLAs
- Provide customers with updates on exceptions or issues
- Request and enter all Proof of Deliveries (PODs) from relevant agents
- Report discrepancies to Managers
- Provide quotes to customers when requested
- Monitor emails for the Service Centre
- Work with suppliers to deliver a seamless customer experience
