Summary: The Operations Coordinator role is a maternity cover position based in Brighton, requiring a proactive individual to coordinate team activities and ensure efficient operations within a courier service environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone lines promptly and professionally
  • Arrange relevant collections, transit routes, and deliveries
  • Input event tracking for all bookings and in-transit consignments
  • Liaise with Operations departments and Imports to ensure compliance with SLAs
  • Provide customers with updates on exceptions or issues
  • Request and enter all Proof of Deliveries (PODs) from relevant agents
  • Report discrepancies to Managers
  • Provide quotes to customers when requested
  • Monitor emails for the Service Centre
  • Work with suppliers to deliver a seamless customer experience
