Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational project planning support and governance.
  • Act as the point of contact for global functions and project managers regarding project execution queries.
  • Manage the annual request for Statement of Requirements (SoRs) and maintain the SoRs & ECR Project Tracker.
  • Chase outstanding start & end dates and WBS codes.
  • Produce monthly performance dashboards with accurate narratives.
  • Maintain project folders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Organise and facilitate Projects Quarterly Workshops for continuous improvement.
  • Review and update the Project's Safety Pack for onboarding project teams.

Key Skills:

  • Relevant educational background.
  • Proven experience in administrative support and office systems maintenance.
  • High level of communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced IT skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Outlook.
  • Proactive time management and workload prioritisation abilities.
  • Desirable SAP skills.
  • Experience in a large international organisation.
