Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational project planning support and governance.
- Act as the point of contact for global functions and project managers regarding project execution queries.
- Manage the annual request for Statement of Requirements (SoRs) and maintain the SoRs & ECR Project Tracker.
- Chase outstanding start & end dates and WBS codes.
- Produce monthly performance dashboards with accurate narratives.
- Maintain project folders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Organise and facilitate Projects Quarterly Workshops for continuous improvement.
- Review and update the Project's Safety Pack for onboarding project teams.
Key Skills:
- Relevant educational background.
- Proven experience in administrative support and office systems maintenance.
- High level of communication and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate to advanced IT skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Outlook.
- Proactive time management and workload prioritisation abilities.
- Desirable SAP skills.
