We are looking for a Operations Coordinator to join our Fleet team to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of vehicle commissioning and exchange activity across our instructor network. This is the job What You’ll Do Build & Exchange Planning: Own the planning of the end to end vehicle build and exchange pipeline, aligning instructor renewals with supply chain capacity, lead times, and vehicle availability Supply Chain Delivery & Commissioning: Manage the execution of vehicle orders, deliveries, and commissioning activity across suppliers, ensuring vehicles are available in line with planned exchange and renewal dates. Delivery and Compliance: Ensure vehicles are insured, registered, and fully compliant with leasing agreements. Confirm that vehicles deployed within the driving school are fit for purpose, compliant, and meet end user and operational requirements. Maximising Asset Efficiency: Monitor fleet utilisation and vehicle availability to maximise asset efficiency, minimise downtime, and support effective deployment across the instructor network. Motor Manufacturer and Fleet Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong working relationships with motor manufacturers and fleet suppliers to support vehicle supply, commissioning, and ongoing asset services.
