Summary: Dishpatch is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Stock Inventory Controller to manage inventory processes in collaboration with production chefs and the fulfilment team. The role involves overseeing stock levels, processing deliveries, conducting inventory checks, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Candidates should have experience in a similar role, preferably in a food-related environment, and possess strong IT and analytical skills. This position is based at the Dishpatch production site in North Greenwich, London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the transfer of fresh and finished products to chilled, frozen, or ambient storage and ensure production stock levels are accurate.
- Oversee all storage spaces, ensuring efficient stock storage and accurate stock takes.
- Assist Production Chefs with ingredient management in fridges and freezers.
- Inspect all incoming goods for quality, quantity, temperature, and proper documentation.
- Apply and print correct product labels in compliance with food safety and traceability standards.
- Support the management of Dishpatch’s HACCP and related Food Management systems.
- Develop clearer communications with Central Production Units (CPUs).

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Production Stock Inventory Controller to join our team. Working with our production chefs, fulfilment team and operations you will be essential to our inventory processes . You will be responsible for managing stock levels, processing deliveries, conducting inventory checks, and ensuring efficient stock control measures. You will need to have experience in a similar role, ideally within a food-related setting and have a strong IT and analytical mindset. This role is known internally as Operations Associate - Inventory Controller Expected salary - Salary up to £ 32,000 depending on experience. Contract type - This position is a Permanent contract. Working pattern/flexible working - Full time up to 4 0 Hours per week across 5 days ( some weekend work may be required at times and shifts may vary in the future) Location - This role is based at our Dishpatch production site in North Greenwich, London, SE10 0AT
