Summary: An exciting opportunity exists for an Operations Associate at a prestigious trading company in the City of London. The role involves supporting the Sustainability & Physical Markets team with various administrative duties, compliance, and project work. The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a hybrid working model. The ideal candidate should have experience in physical markets and compliance administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the brand function.
- Administer new applications.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with brand requirements, including ISOs, responsible sourcing, and metallurgy specifications.
- Addressing any complaints.
- Data analysis and sanction checking.
- Review warranting requests received.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the team's digital files and records on multiple internal databases.
- Conduct relevant cross-checking of data against multiple documents.
Key Skills:
- Experience working in a finance/trading organization.
- Experience working in physical markets is essential.
- Experience in compliance administration, operations, or senior administrator role is required.
- Excellent attention to detail skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- High levels of data management.
- Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
