Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for borrowers and lenders, handling client queries and escalating issues where appropriate.
- Monitor counterparty exposure and coordinate with Credit to ensure risk is appropriately understood and managed.
- Support trade lifecycle processes including pre-matching and resolution of failed trades.
- Perform daily cash and stock reconciliations to ensure internal records align with external positions.
- Investigate and resolve breaks, ensuring timely remediation and accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate across Operations and client-facing teams to maintain service quality and improve process efficiency.
