Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support for general, contract, and management systems administration.
- Promote good working practices and positive employee relations.
- Manage communication throughout the site and ensure timely reporting of incidents.
- Provide advice and guidance for day-to-day business activities.
- Implement standardized systems of work for efficient administration.
- Support the COUPA procurement system, including ordering, payment, and invoicing processes.
- Assist in resolving invoice queries and produce letters, minutes, and reports for senior management.
- Organize internal events and meetings.
